Press Kit (1947) MGM distributed a publicity brochure to accompany its 1947 film, The Beginning or the End. This brochure is fascinating to look at. It is also historically important because it seems to be the source for a lot of uncorroborated “facts” in the critical and scholarly literature.   Rather than scan the brochure and use images of the printed pages, we have reproduced it in HTML specifically for viewing on this web site.     Though the size or numbers of pages on your monitor do not correspond exactly to the pages in the brochure, we have preserved the content and organization of the chapters, the text, and the images.   Jerome F.
